NHSRC is seeking applications from eligible candidates for different position of Consultant for its branch office Regional Resource Centre for North Eastern States (RRC-NE) at Guwahati, Assam.
Details are as Follows:
Name of Cluster: Quality Improvement, RRCNE
Name of Position: Consultant, Quality Improvement
Number of position :One
Location: RRCNE, Guwahati
Qualifications and experience:
(a) MBBS / Dental/AYUSH/Pharmacy/ B. Sc. Nursing degree from a recognized institute with post graduate
degree/diploma (2-3 years regular full time course)in Preventive and Social Medicine ,Public Health, Hospital
Management, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration from a Recognized institute.
(b) At least 2 (two) years post qualification experience of working in Quality Assurance.
(c) Projects, which has resulted into certification/accreditation of hospitals to a Recognized quality system such
as NQAS, LaQshya/ISO 9001/NABH//NABL/Qualified Internal and/or External Assessor
(NQAS/NABH/NABL) is desirable.
(d) Excellent communication skills – writing and verbal.
(e) Proficiency in MS Office package, any computerised data analytical package is highly desirable.

Qualifications and experience
(a) Medical Graduate (MBBS) or BDS, AYUSH, BSc Nursing, MSW with Post Graduation or higher qualification in Public Health, Community Health, Preventive & Social Medicine or Human Resources Management.
(b) For MBBS graduates with 2 (Two) years of post qualification experience is essential and for other graduates (BDS, AYUSH, BSc Nursing, MSW) 3 (Three) years of post qualification experience is essential.

Qualifications and experience
1. A Medical Graduate (MBBS), Dental Graduate (BDS), AYUSH Graduate and BSc Nursing with Post Graduate
Degree / Diploma in Preventive and Social Medicine, Public Health, Community Health or Community Nursing or
any graduate with a regular full time Post Graduate degree in Social Work/ Social Science/ Rural Development.
2. Have at least 2 (Two) years post qualification experience in implementation of health programmes.

Qualifications and experience:
1. A Medical Graduate (MBBS), Dental Graduate (BDS), AYUSH Graduate and BSc Nursing with Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Preventive and Social Medicine, Public Health, Community Health or Community Nursing.
2. A minimum of 2 (Two) years post qualification experience is essential for Medical Graduates (MBBS) and a minimum of 3 (Three) years post qualification experience is essential for non – MBBS (BDS, AYUSH & BSc Nursing) graduates in Health Systems Research or in Planning and Implementation of service delivery.

Consultancy fees
The Consultant will be paid a consolidated monthly fees as per NHSRC HR policy (within Rs.60, 000/- to Rs. 1,20,000/-)
