NHM Telangana Recruitment 2021 Applications are invited for (10) posts of Community Health Officers CHOs at sub-centres to be converted as Health and wellness centers under National Hearth Mission (NHM) in the State of Telangana.
The following are eligible to apply for the posts in terms of G.o. Rt.No.2o5, HM&FW(H) Department dated: 16.03.2021 :
Medical Officer _ AYUSH on contract basis
The Application may be downloaded from the official website of the District collector office of the concerned District from 04.04.2021 at 11 am to 19.04.2021 till 5pm.
The downloaded Application shall be filled in by the candidates, duty enclosing the required copies of certificates and shall be submitted in O/o DM&HO.
Last date for submission of Application is 19.04.2021 5.00 PM
The remuneration shall be fixed as per G.O, Ms.No.S10, HP&FW (D2) Department, dated 05.09.201 8.
Age: The minimum age is 18 years and the maximum age is 34 years

Filled in Application Form shall be submitted in person or through registered post to the respective District Medical & Health Officer of the district to which the candidate is applying.
