Name of the Post: District Adolescent Health Officer (RKSK)

Qualification:

Degree in AYUSH system of medicine from any university/ institution recognized by the government of India.
Registered with Board of AYUSH in Haryana.
Post qualification 2 years experience in working with health sector / programme / project.
Hindi/Sanskrit upto matric.

Age: Not less than 18 years or more than 42 years

Consolidated Salary: Rs. 16,090/-per month

How to Apply:

The interested candidates should apply on the prescribed Performa available on website yamunanagar.nic.in addressed to the Dy Civil Surgeon giving full detail of his/her bio data, with attested photograph and self attested photocopies of the certificates, experience & testimonials.
Application form must be completed in all respects duly filled in by the candidates in their own handwriting in capital letters and signed in the specified space should be submitted to O/o Dy. Civil Surgeon, NHM at Civil Surgeon, Yamuna Nagar, Pin-135001 and should reach to this office by closing date 18.10.2021 till 05:00P.M sharp.
The applications will be accepted only in working days and working hours of office .i.e between 9:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M (saturday/sunday & on Gazetted holidays the office will be closed).

Application Fee: Rs. 200/- in the form of Bank Draft in favor of District Health and Family Welfare Society, Yamuna Nagar payable at Yamuna Nagar with application form.
