Chelidonium Majus, commonly known as greater celandine, is a perennial herbaceous plant in the poppy (Papaveraceae) family . It is one of two species in the genus Chelidonium. It is native to Europe and western Asia and introduced widely in North America.
The dried above-ground parts, root, and rhizome (underground stem) are used to make medicine.

Mainly RIGHT sided medicine: works on right sided neuralgic pain, serous effusion, like hydrocoele, pleural effusion.

Constipated hard, round balls, like sheep’s dung, bright yellow, pasty; clay-colored, stools float in water;
Sometimes abdominal Distention, Fermentation and sluggish bowels movement causes alternation of diarrhoea and constipation.

Yellow gray colour of skin, itching, become wilted
Three more peculiars…
During spasmodic cough, small lumps of mucous fly from mouth
Icy coldness of tips of fingers
Periodic orbital neuralgia with excessive lachrymation,tears fairly gush out

Bilious complication during gestation.

Chelidonium antidotes the abuse of Bryonia
Arsenic, Lycopodium, Sulphur are usually used after Chelidonium to complete the cure.
